The Chimes 1 & 2 are our beautiful and cozy self catering apartments nestled in the village of Candolim, North Goa, India. These are luxurious fully air-conditioned apartments, located in the most happening area of Goa and a 3 - 4 minutes walk from the beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy a fun filled yet a peaceful holiday, since it is located in the most happening area of Goa, yet away from the crowd. One can enjoy total solitude too, since it is adjoining the greens overlooking an old chapel and sandwiched between the beautiful Candolim beach and the backwaters of Nerul river.

Candolim beach, also the venue of the famous Sunburn Festival is a clean, quiet and serene beach and is unlike other crowded beaches. Candolim is also famous for some of the most famous beach shacks, eateries, restaurants and its bustling nightlife.
Location
The Chimes is at close proximity to the market and the happening venues of night life like F Beach Club, Titos, Mambos, and Cape Town. Within walking distance are the departmental stores (Newton's, Delfino's), music shops (Mantra, Rock & Raaga), Spas, Ayurvedic massage centres, Yoga centres and a lot more. Fort Aguada is also a 5 minutes drive from The Chimes.

We have made 'The Chimes' with a lot of thought to make it a perfect home, away from home. These have facilities to accommodate a family of four.
Each and every detail catches one's eye as soon as one enters the premises. While the glass partition in the bedroom and bathroom give it a star look, the French wooden doors with clear glass panels lend it a stunning look. The furnishings are beautifully done in warm colours. The collection of elegant and antique Portuguese furniture adds to the charm. One can also see a glimpse of India in a collection of photographs on the walls.
The Chimes, self catering, single bedroom apartments are equipped with all modern facilities like a fully automatic washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, hot plates, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and the best of crockery & cutlery, which gives vacationers the luxury of a hotel and the comfort of a home.The living room has a LCD connected to satellite channels. After a long day of fun and frolic, you will be tempted to relax in a hot water shower in the bathroom with premium fittings and bath system. There are 3 balconies overlooking the swimming pool which are the perfect place for chats over a cup of Nescafe.
